Our current lead time for the Prêt-à-Porter range, and most other products, is between 2-5 business days but *may* be a little longer for items from our Houte Couture range or items from the Prêt-à-Porter range with several Add-On's. However, we do always aim to get orders completed + in the post to you ASAP.

If you are considering a product made with the Natural coloured leather, please note that i may start off very pale but will develop a rich patina in no time at all - please refer to our PATINA file for more info on this.

As our items are predominantly made specifically for you, based on the measurment you have selected and/or provided or customisations which you have slected, we suggest that you review our Repair, Replacement and Refund Policy HERE. We are local to the Mornington Peninsula. Select 'PICK UP' as the delivery method to either collect from us in Rosebud, at an event/market or for free contactless delivery to addresses within the Mornington Peninsula Shire only. [* Delivery only during Stage 4 lock-down ]
Please note that postage costs do NOT include insurance for items over $100 in value. Australia Post includes cover for items that are lost or damaged up to $100 in value. If your order total is over $100 and you would like Extra Cover, providing compensation for loss or damage over $100 in vlaue, simply add this item to your order [additional $4]: INSURANCE ADD-ON In the event that your order is valued over $100 and it is decalred lost by the service provider or damaged in transit and you do not have Extra Cover, we will only be able to provide reimbursment up to a maximum of $100.

Unfortunately, there have been, and will continue to be, shipping delays domestically + world-wide. We still aim to complete your order in our usual timeframe, however we have no control over shipping performance + we cannot offer refunds for parcels if they are delayed.
