Use this simple tip to trim down your collar, at home, by yourself!
All you need is a sharp blade and a coin!
If you need to pick up a suitable knife, Bunnings have this one for about $2 or Kmart have this $3 knife that should do the job.
Now, make sure the blade is sharp! And use a surface that you can cut on - chopping boards are great if you don't have a craft/cutting mat.
In this video, you will see that I use a 10 cent coin. Just select a coin suitable for the width of your collar, or something else that is suitable to draw a rounded end.
To achieve a smooth rounded tip, use many little cuts - the smaller, the better.
